Beautician Joanne McDonald who herself shielded throughout lockdown realised the vulnerability of being stuck inside. She is now branching out to highlight the importance of self care and a bit of TLC for the elderly and vulnerable. She will now allocate time out of her appointment book to offer home visits to those who are unable to leave their own home, or are in residential care or for those who still don't feel confident venturing out.
